Why Do you need to do Vibration Analysis?
Vibration analysis is a dominant technique used in predictive maintenance. We use the noise or vibration created by the mechanical equipment to determine the equipment’s actual condition. We use transducers to translate a vibration amplitude and frequency into electronic signals. When measurements of both amplitude and frequency are available, diagnostic methods can be used to determine both the magnitude of a problem and its probable cause.
